The RWJBH Recognizing You! is a service of RWJBarnabas Health. This program is provided for all eligible colleagues of RWJBarnabas Health. All users of this website agree that their access to and use of this website are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and all applicable laws. Any access is undertaken at the user’s own risk. These terms and conditions may change without prior notice.
Eligibility:
Recognizing You! is limited to current RWJBarnabas Health colleagues. Points earned in the program cease to exist when this eligibility is severed. No credit, transfer, or redemption of points is available after eligibility is severed.
Changes and Disputes:
RWJBarnabas Health reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue or change the program at any time.
All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for this program, the eligibility of rewards, the availability of rewards or points, the terms and conditions of the program will be resolved by RWJBarnabas Health at its sole discretion. RWJBarnabas Health reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
Participation Enrollment:
Each eligible colleague is automatically enrolled in Recognizing You! and will use their registration code and last name to gain access to the Recognizing You! website. Upon initial login, participants may create their username and personal password.
Redemption and Deduction of Points:
- Any Recognizing You! points not redeemed before termination from program separation will expire.
- Recognizing You! points may only be used to redeem for items in the online catalog. Points are not redeemable for cash.
- The Recognizing You! points you accrue do not constitute your property. You cannot transfer Recognizing You! Points to another participant. Recognizing You! points have no monetary value except to the extent specifically provided for by a reward.
Claiming a Reward:
- RWJBarnabas Health reserves the right to modify catalog items available in the Reward Points online catalog at any time and without notice.
- When you have obtained sufficient points, you may redeem an item(s) from those described in the online catalog.
- Catalog items are subject to availability and substitutions may be made based on availability or market conditions.
Statements of RWJBarnabas Health Recognizing You! Points Earned:
This website provides eligible participants with details of transactions, as well as RWJBarnabas Health Recognizing You! Point balances.
Termination of Program:
RWJBarnabas Health reserves the right to terminate the Recognizing You! Program at any time without prior notice to you. If the program is suspended or terminated, any unredeemed Recognizing You! Points must be redeemed within one month of the date of termination of the program.
Participation Program Tracking:
It is the responsibility of each eligible participant to use their awarded points to redeem items from the Recognizing You! online catalog. Awarded points can only be redeemed for items presented in the Recognizing You! online catalog.
Promotional Events:
From time to time, RWJBarnabas Health, at its discretion, may sponsor events intended to promote participation in the Recognizing You! program. These events may be terminated at any time, without cause or warning.
Taxes:
Merchandise redeemed under the program is subject to applicable federal, state and/or local taxes upon redemption of rewards. Payment of Federal and State income taxes resulting from these awards is the sole responsibility of the participating employee and not RWJBarnabas Health or any of its affiliates or agents. RWJBarnabas Health will report earnings under this program in accordance with Federal, state and local regulations.
Privacy Notice:
This website is housed and operated by Online Rewards on behalf of RWJBarnabas Health. The information collected on this website will be used by RWJBarnabas Health in connection with the Recognizing You! program.
